Culinary travels through Thailand and Vietnam, soaking up vibrant cuisines, cultures and traditions, are the delicious inspirations behind Lúc Lắc.
Lúc Lắc was conceived by the Executive, Culinary and Beverage leadership teams of Ghanem Group during an extensive research trip to South East Asia. There, they soaked up Eastern culinary traditions and techniques and added a unique twist to the Asian cuisine they brought to The Star casino dining precinct.
The menus are Vietnamese inspired, evocative of Thailand, and lean gently into the melting pot of flavours from Singapore, taking the best of those worlds and combining them into something fresh and super-exciting.
Dishes showcase a delicious pairing of local produce and Asian flavours, incorporating premium Australian seafood, meat, tropical Queensland fruits such as pink pomelo, green mango and green papaya, alongside splashes of nam jim and nuoc cham dressings and scatterings of Asian herbs and aromatics.
Higher concept, classic cocktails that feature Asian ingredients, are inspired by local rituals, and are delivered with theatrical service. Traditional Asian beers and international wines round out the menu, which complement the delightful Asian menu.
